So you’re through with your first date and now moving into the second date? Follow some of my basic second date conversation ideas and I’m sure you will impress her enough to make it to the third date. First date was all about knowing each other and seeing if this person is good enough to be with in a relationship. Second date is all about having fun and knowing a bit more before you move to the crucial stage which is the third date where it is pretty much certain that you’re at it in the relationship.

First Date Follow Up

I’m sure you remember your first date? Follow that day’s conversation to begin with on your second date. Did she mention anything about what she is going to do or anything she is waiting for? Well talk to her about it. If she told you that she is going to do something, ask her how it went. If you told her about anything you’re going to do, then tell her how it went.

Don’t whine

We often whine and complain about things to people we find ourselves close with. Second date conversation is not supposed to lead in this direction. Don’t mistaken this girl to be someone very close to you with whom you can share your problems or whine about something wrong that happened. It is okay to share a small problem but do it in a positive way. Second dates are not to share problems but to have fun and show a positive attitude. No girl wants to date someone who whines a lot. Keep the second date conversations on a positive and brighter side to get through to the third date.

Be Yourself

The girl probably knows you more now than she did on your first date. Girls are very good in spotting guys who are faking their true nature. It is always best to be yourself on your second date rather trying to show something you’re not. Second date conversations can often reflect the true nature of the guys and then girls decide if they want to move forward or not, its a critical stage, don’t mess up in trying to be all macho and turning out to be an idiot. Be nice and yourself, the girl will like you for who you are and not who you pretend to be.

Be a good listener

Being a good listener is a must, it works on the first date, as well as the second date. Girls are known to talk a lot and the secret is that they love guys who listens carefully to everything they have to say about. Smile and give her the feeling that you really care about what she is saying.

Make her laugh

During your second date conversations, you can try to make her laugh, perhaps tell some funny story about your friends or family and keep the discussions fun and lively.
