After a break-up teenagers are bound to feel lonely. This is the right time to keep yourself busy by doing some volunteer work so that you get to meet new people and becomes friends with them. You might have certain interests; you will have to identify those. This would be a great time to try out something new and exciting. If you have a pet at home then play with it, cuddle it, feed it; you would feel a lot better.

No matter what you have to stay positive. You should not feel sorry for yourself. One of the best things to do is to write down all your positive points. This would make you feel god about yourself and when you realize your true potential you would feel sorry for the person who left you. Keeping negative thoughts at bay is the key here.
