She would be impressed that you are actually listening with a lot of attention. If you are along with a friend it is even better as this would be a confidence booster for you. Girls like guy who are confident. Therefore it is important to appear confident no matter what while approaching her. Once you are successful in striking a good conversation continue from there on , ask her for her email id, then start talking to her frequently and finally if you feel that you are interested in dating her then ask her out gently.
