Staying Fit and healthy: join yoga classes, gym, and exercise or just go for morning walks with your friends. You could also try out some adventurous sports which would help you to stay healthy and fit. If you remain active you would get over the break-up faster.
Pour your heart out: talk your heart out to a close friend, consider their suggestions, and look at the positive side. If that’s not enough then take the help of a journal. This way you would be completely honest about your feelings. It would play a key role in getting you back on track.
