- Have regular breakfasts everyday as in the mornings, your stomach is empty and it is important to feed your stomach something at this point of time. It also helps you avoid over eating during your lunch which you’re most likely to do considering you’re hungry for such a long time.
- Avoid eating deep fried stuff like fries, fried chicken or burgers which are considered to be fat food during lunch time. Teenage girls can fill their stomach without having to eat fat foods like those. You can eat a chicken sandwich and fresh fruits or pasta instead.
- Teenage girls who are weight conscious are requested to eat their dinner early because often when you eat late and go to sleep sooner after eating, the food gets converted into fat in your body. So avoid fat food during the night and eat early so by the time you go to sleep, the food is already digesting. You can have pasta, sandwiches, vegetables, fresh fruits for dinner.
- Burgers, Fries, deep fried chicken, sweets and soda are certain kinds of food that you can avoid as much as possible if you’re conscious about healthy and weight. You can take these but only in very limited quantities and only sometimes. Don’t have a lot of butter and cheese, find alternatives to put in your sandwiches rather these items. Fried foods are yummy but they need to be taken only sometimes to keep your body healthy and lively.
